- Started work with McCabe’s in 2003 while getting Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola Marymount University
- Earned a Master’s Degree in Management from University of Redlands in 2013
- Studying for a Master’s Degree in Law from University of Southern California (USC)

- Happily married for 18 years to Jason Navaroli; has two beautiful children
Founded McCabe’s Nursery in 2002 with John- Married to John for over 40 years

- Grandmother to four very active and loving boys and girls
- Founded McCabe’s Nursery in 2002 and grew nursery from 100 trees to over 35,000 trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Became a licensed landscape contractor and started construction division with one three man crew
- Twenty years in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
- MBA from Pepperdine University
- Gave a TED talk at TEDX Temecula
- Joined the business part time in 2010
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis on finance
- Master’s Degrees in Business, Finance, and Global Leadership
- Project management professional and a certified cost estimator
- Krav Maga Black Belt and a Tough Mudder
