- Started work with McCabe’s in 2003 while getting Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola Marymount University
- Earned a Master’s Degree in Management from University of Redlands in 2013
- Earned a Master’s Degree in Law from University of Southern California (USC) in 2024
- First novel “The Ten Year Gap” published in 2022
- Happily married for 18 years to Jason Navaroli; has two beautiful children
- Founded McCabe’s Nursery in 2002 and grew nursery from 100 trees to over 35,000 trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Became a licensed landscape contractor and started construction division with one three man crew
- Twenty years in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
- MBA from Pepperdine University
- Gave a TED talk at TEDX Temecula
Founded McCabe’s Nursery in 2002 with John- Married to John for over 40 years
- Decades of project management and business experience
- An animal lover who appreciates all kinds of four legged creatures

- Loves playing tennis and collecting stationary

- Joined part-time in 2023 after being a client

- Worked as an RN for most of her career
- Moved from the East Coast to Temecula to “retire”
- Avid player of pickleball and enjoys time in her garden
- Was born in the McCabe’s family business
- Graduated from St. Jeanne’s in Temecula with honors
- Currently attending Loyola Marymount University
- Huge Disney (and Marvel and Star Wars) fan
- Supports various marketing projects for the business
