Signature Projects: A Kitchen with a View

This Meadowview transformation was about creating the features that would make the entire yard finally feel complete.

At the heart of the project is a new shade-covered outdoor kitchen—a true signature space designed for cooking, entertaining, and spending more time outside. New steps improved the flow between different areas of the yard, while an expanded pool deck created additional room for gathering and relaxing.

A large hillside that once felt unfinished was transformed with extensive planting, adding softness, texture, and a beautiful backdrop to the outdoor living spaces below. Substantial drainage improvements were incorporated throughout the project to help the landscape perform as beautifully as it looks.

With the new kitchen as a focal point and the hillside now lush and integrated into the design, the entire property feels more intentional, more inviting, and finally finished.
