Signature Projects: Elevated Tropical

This complete landscape design and build transformed the property into a refined, tropical-inspired outdoor living space centered around the pool. From the beginning, our 3D landscape design helped the homeowners visualize how the pool, BBQ, patio cover, seating areas, hardscape, and planting would work together as one cohesive environment.

The material palette brings warmth and sophistication to the design. Travertine pool coping, natural stone facing, and a pool finish in the soft water color known as “Sand” create a relaxed, upscale feel. Layered tropical-inspired planting adds lushness and texture while complementing the architecture and keeping the overall landscape polished and intentional.

Designing the project in 3D allowed us to work through scale, circulation, materials, sightlines, and the relationship between each outdoor space before construction began. The result is a landscape that feels connected from every angle and gives the homeowners multiple places to swim, cook, gather, relax, and enjoy their property.
