This brand new home in Wine Country Temecula had something for the whole family. The putting green was large enough for everyone to play together, the large porch swing provided a peaceful place to relax. There were two patio covers – solid and latticed for everyone’s comfort. There was even a fire-water feature complete with lights for outdoor entertaining. Watching the transformation from a dirt lot to a full outdoor entertaining space was truly amazing!

Driveway Extension with Flagstone Ribbon

The concrete in this residence had aged for over 15 years so adding new concrete posed a color matching challenge. To bridge the gap between the two, a flagstone ribbon was placed between the new concrete and the old. A wall was built to retain the soil and allow for the expansion of the driveway.
