This is compact yard in Roripaugh Ranch featured a colored and stamped concrete patio that extended the existing California Room. A low sitting wall (18″ tall) was built to create a cozy feel and create additional seating for parties and gatherings.

The concrete in this residence had aged for over 15 years so adding new concrete posed a color matching challenge. To bridge the gap between the two, a flagstone ribbon was placed between the new concrete and the old. A wall was built to retain the soil and allow for the expansion of the driveway.
