Before we began this project, there was a too-small patio, a dead lawn and a slope that didn’t wow! By extending the patio, we were able to put in a large patio cover to create a comfortably shaded sitting space. The artificial turf added low-maintenance and low-water greenery. The brand-new retaining wall created more living space and the decorative stone overlay added more than a touch of class. In the end, the family had a great space to relax and entertain without a killer water bill or maintenance schedule.
