This De Luz property had numerous slopes throughout. Naturally faced stone stairs made for a uniquely beautiful focal point. The plantings – many edible – were in shades of purple, white, pink, silver and more. Concrete staircases flanked both sides of the huge space. Planter boxes were terraced into the hillside. At the base of the hill, a paver patio was set around a California Oak Tree. The stackable sitting wall completed the space perfectly.
In the front of the property, strolling DG paths were put in with low-water soft texured plantings. The pilasters and walls make for a dramatically beautiful entrance to the home.
